Was a nice hotel to stay at and not that expensive. Had lots of food for the free continental breakfast. The rooms were very comfortable, totally clean and came generously equipped with a fridge w/ freezer space, coffee maker w/ coffee and a microwave. The shower had plenty of hot water and was relaxing. This place was also quiet and there were no disturbances. I am definitely going to stay here again.

This was absolutly the worst place I have ever stayed at. The room was horrible. The bed was very lumpy. Could not sleep. THE MANAGEMENT WAS VERY NASTY TO MY HUSBAND......IF YOU NEED A PLACE TO STAY WHILE YOU ARE IN SIERRA VISTA, GO TO RODEWAY INN AND SUITES....THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY...

Room was decent for the price and it was clean. Continental breakfast was a joke. The "lobby" that morning was freezing. My wife and I turned on their heater for our 11 month old because it was so cold.

The previous negative remarks concerning rude staff must have been self-inflicted or they weren't fortunate enough to have dealt with the folks we did during our stay. The front desk people were very professional, friendly, and most accommodating. We were here during the government shut-down. They made calls on our behalf and in general just seemed to be very genuine. We almost stayed another night here because we liked the people so much. Facilities were great too. Breakfast was adequate. Actually, better than most places that cost the same to stay. There was warm food, not just cereal and muffins. All in all, if I ever need to stay overnight again in the area I will seek this place out.
