The worst, most unprofessional service I have ever had. We called Monday morning because a light fixture was out. We were told the tech had a doctor appointment that morning, but would come out when he got out. We called about 1:00 PM to see where the tech was coming, no answer. About 5:00 PM we received a call, they said tech would be come out about noon tomorrow. Tomorrow came, no tech, so we called about 1:00PM, no answer. About 4:57PM we received a call, they said tech would be here in about 15 minutes. Tech showed up at 5:15 PM. He said we needed a new fixture. If we would get one and call him toorrow morning, he would come by and install it. We got a fixture within the hour, and texted him to let him know. Also called the next morning bout 7:30AM, no answer. Tried to call agin about 9:00AM, again no answer. No one responded the remainder of the day, so we made other arangements to get the fixture replaced. No one called, but about 10:30 the next day, the tech showed up unannounced. I told him that we already had the fixture replaced. He said I was rude, I guess because I could not read their mind, to know that they would just pop up with no announcement' I gave 1 star because 0 stars was not available.


We were very impressed with C & M Electric!  The tech was very courteous, proficient and upfront with the charges before he started the job.  From the time we initially called him to the time the job was completed took less than four hours.  We will use their services again and give them 5 stars!

I have American Home Shield as the warranty provider on my home. On May 29< C & M Elecrtric  came to my home, in response to two inoperative ceiling fans. He came and inspected both fans and determined that they needed replacing. The very next afternoon he returned and replaced both units. 
He was extremely proficient and polite and surprisingly showed up at my home at the times that he called and scheduled the appointments for. I will definitely be asking for them in the future.
