Calaveras Construction Company has a long standing reputation with the carpenters here in the mountains, and Mike is lucky to know them all and choose the best for his projects. The carpenters respect him for his honesty, reliability, workmanship and the fact that he uses the best materials available.
Owner and builder, Mike Jarnagin, moved to Arnold in 1968, graduated from Bret Harte High School in 1984, and joined his step-dad in the construction business.
On his way to earning his own Contractor's License, Mike has experienced all aspects of the construction trade in the beautiful Calaveras and surrounding counties. Growing up and working here in the trades for the past 20 years gives him a knowledge of the land, good and bad, that can be applied when consulting or contracting with him for your construction needs. If it is choosing a lot, building a home from scratch or a re-model, or just moving some trees and dirt, you can be guaranteed of first-hand knowledge.
