I am the CEO of Niesha Cherry Yoga, LLC. and Cherry Blossom Health Coaching. I am a 250 hour power yoga certified instructor. I received my training via CorePower Yoga. I am also an Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with additional training in Gut Health. I am a certified personal trainer with NASM and a certified fitness instructor with AFAA.
I utilize a holistic approach that focuses on mindset, nutrition, as well as lifestyle factors that create optimum health such as physical activity, spirituality, relationships, and career.
I help women of color clear their emotional clutter so that they can improve their physical health.
I am your One Stop Shop for total mind, body, and health transformation.
