 Our heat was not working.we called Harbor Air and they were there within 15 minutes. They had our heat working within an hour. We would highly recommend Harbor Air if you need any heating and AC work done. Thanks for doing such a great job!

I am a 72 year old woman on oxygen so when my AC stopped blowing the cold air I was so upset and crying. My daughter found Harbor Air on the internet, it was 6 at night and so she e-mailed them about my AC and figured they would get back to me probably next day or Monday, well to my surprise they e-mailed me right back with a number to call, I called talked to Tiffany who I might add was very caring and thoughtful about me. Kendall came down with Alex and checked out my AC, and let me tell you they fixed it immediately and were the nicest people I have ever met.  I might also add they saved me $1,400.00 on the repair. I was quoted $1,800.00 by another company before my daughter found Harbor Air and thank god she did. They are so honest and caring I have nice cold air it works great, and NO RIP OFF Like I said they saved me $1,400.00. I am very pleased with everything, and he is a Veteran. In my book that is a special person. I am so thankful that we found Harbor Air. Honest, Caring, Truthful, people. I recommend them completely. Thank You,

Our A/C went out last week in the middle of the summer heat while we were taking care of a family member that had had a major surgery within the last two weeks....needless to say the A/C going out was horrible timing. We called a few different companies - some got back to us and some just couldn't get to us until the evening. We called Harbor Air because others in a facebook community group had recommended them. Within two hours Kendall was at our house. We couldn't believe that he came out SO quickly - we were SO extremely thankful! In under an hour he had the unit back on and running. He stuck around for a little while longer to check a few more things and to make sure that the air continued to stay on. The next day, Kendall's wife called us to schedule our free annual maintenance since we were first time customers. A few days later, Alex and another employee came out to complete our free annual maintenance. Alex called during our scheduled time frame to give us updates and let us know when they were on their way. 
All of this to say, great customer service all around. We will definitely be sticking with them!

Being new to the area, we needed to find an ac company who could service and maintain our system. After doing some homework, we selected Harbor Air. I am glad we did. To date our dealings with them have been great. They performed our maintenance, Alex explained our system, maintenance requirements & our warranty. Very professional, very courteous, & knowledgeable. Harbor Air - Tech Alex - was the only company willing to replace my Dryer Duct work in my manufactured home in Oldsmar.  This involved "under the house " work installing about 15 feet of duct work etc.
  GREAT job.....and most reasonable!
