My husband and I have lived at Swift Mill Lofts for four years now, and we love the place.  Our space is very comfortable, and management is always responsive.

I lived in both the phase 1 and phase 2 buildings. To keep this easy, I'll review one at a time. 
Phase 1 - To call this a loft is a joke. Its an apartment. a weird, rectangular apartment with a gigantic window, but only a small section that opens up. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do, even with a fan going for background noise. They start construction at 8am, with no email warning whatsoever. My unit is still unfinished, with things like the sink not working correctly, the laundry room wall not being finished and leaks in my closet, bathroom and bedroom. The ceiling in my bathroom randomly drops bits of itself, the air conditioner and heater rarely work and are constantly having to be repaired, they do not keep up with pest control or changing air filters, even though they say they do.  And the extra bedroom has a weird cutout that enables the bedroom to hear EVERY noise from the kitchen and living room x1000, but you can't hear anything in the living room! The whole unit is painted this beige that absorbs all the light, so you'll constantly be squinting to see, no matter how many lights you put in a room. The kitchen is poorly laid out with no counter space and seriously outdated appliances. The pantry has a weird opening and doesn't even have a light.
Phase 2 - This unit LOOKED much nicer, but honestly, it was still cheap. This unit was on the end so 3/4 of the walls were brick. That combined with the concrete floors made the unit an ice box. The heater never worked so you were always freezing, but had a $400 power bill! The closet and living room leaked every time it rained and you couldn't have a moment of privacy in this unit. The atmosphere of this building is that of a dorm room. We heard toilets flushing above us, random things falling all the time, heels clacking on the floor, and when we said something, they told us the unit above us was unoccupied. So why were we hearing so much noise, especially at night? The bathroom was nice and spacious but the lighting in the shower made it so you couldn't see a thing, especially the mold. The shower was a waterfall, so if you're trying to shower but not wash your hair, good luck. The whole unit always had a weird dampness that you just couldn't get rid of. You could hear everyone who walked up the stairs all day and had a huge spotlight shining right into the unit at night. The train was inches away and made conversation impossible. The only window was six feet, at least, off the ground and hard to open. The place looked nice, but it had a lot of issues.
The Parking Garage - When we first moved in, there wasn't many residents so the parking garage wasn't an issue. However, as time went on there was never a space. People fly in and out of that parking garage without looking, or even on their phone (I'm looking at you, Range Rover. Every. Time.) The Mercedes thankfully moved out but had to have hit 20 every time on that ramp and almost hit us a few times.  Their solution, after years, was to put in speed bumps that do nothing to slow anyone except me and my family down. Our cars have really stiff suspension and the wear on our clutches and transmission trying to maneuver our ways up the ramp is not worth it. They are so many spaces that are not even parking spaces that people just don't care and park in. We have been locked in multiple times where someone would park right in front of our cars and we couldn't get out. Not to mention the birds.
The Cameras - They're fake. Simple as that. Peoples windows have been broken, our bike had a wheel stolen from it, a RANDOM PERSON came into my unit when I was home!, never are the cameras running when that happens. They always have an excuse.
The "Artist" - Is a pompous bell end who lets random students in, parks all of his cars here even though he has a house, puts his ugly art all over the walls, and throws parties with obnoxiously loud "live music" with no warning to anybody!
The Management - They suck. Also, they leave reviews on here acting as though they aren't  management. The commenter below is the property managers husband so 🤷‍♀️ not to mention she left her own review on Google. Literally being paid to review and lie to you!
