Find another dealer!! Do not buy from NightHawk Trailers! You cannot trust them!

The owner, Todd, cheated me out of a trailer that I had a contract on and lied to me in order to raise the trailer price once it was time for me to pick it up. 

 I ordered a trailer in December of 2020. I dealt with Todd the owner the whole time. We agreed on a price and I put down an 18% deposit for the trailer that I ordered. 8 weeks later, when I called Todd to see if my trailer had been delivered, he said yes it had, but they built it in the wrong color. 

When he sent me pictures of the trailer, it was a completely different trailer than I had ordered. He told me that my trailer was not coming, so I asked for a refund of my deposit. 

He calls me a week later and tells me that the trailer that I ordered had finally got delivered. He said the factory raised his prices so if I wanted to come get it I was going to have to pay him $300 more. 

He lied and said my trailer was not coming so I would ask for a refund. Since I asked for a refund he was no longer bound to the price we agreed upon in the contract and he decided he would raise the price. I told him that I did not think that was fair, but I would be willing to pay half of the $300. He said he did not care if I bought the trailer and that he had plenty of other people that would buy it if I didn't.

He just hung up with me and has cut off communication so I assume he has resold my trailer to someone else.

DO NOT BE FOOLED by the low prices. Todd is willing to sacrifice his integrity in order to get more money out of you.
