I hired this company to replace some panels on my lanai.  They promised to be at my home last Wednesday.  I called them, at noon, that day to find out when they were coming.  They claimed that they were running behind because "the storms" and they would be there on Thursday.  Now it is Sunday and I never heard from the again.  Buyer beware!


Working with Osprey Pro Screen was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.  The owners response to issues is that the customer if unreasonable and therefor nothing would satify them so don't do anything.  Do not use!

Great job, great price! Would use again in a heartbeat!

Other companies didn't even return my call. Despite being father away than they normally work, Osprey Pro Screen showed up right away and gave me a very fair price to get the job done promptly.  I was very comfortable with the crew and I was not let down. I have referred them to two neighbors and they were happy as well. Thanks for a great job.

I am retired and on a tight budget. I called several companies to do a small repair but Mark with Osprey Pro Screen was the only one to return my call. When the technician, Mike, came out he realized that the spline had come out on a few panels and he fixed them. I was told before they came out that the minimum charge was 125.00. When I went to get my checkbook I was told there was no charge. I don't see that kind of thing much anymore and I wanted to write in about it. My whole lanai needs screening , while I can not afford it now, when I can I will be calling Mark. Thanks! Bill W.

I just had my whole pool cage screened by Osprey Pro Screen.They were here in the morning when I left for work, when I got home they were gone without a trace except for a great looking screen job .They are next door now doing my neighbors pool cage .Thanks for a good job.

After calling three companies that did not return my call Mark at Osprey Pro Screen returned my call the same day, came out the next day to do estimate and did the job within a week. Wish all my house vendors were the same way!

They were able to do the job sooner and for less than the others I contacted. They were in and out in a day and it looks great!

Mark wrote it up and then I think his name was Daniel and a woman came out. I never got her name but they worked so good and fast together. I remember I was wishing they would come back the next day, but they were done. Excellent job and very good price. I have a neighbor that was going to call them next.
