Let me start off with, if I could give zero stars I would. m a certified technician. And I know how annoying it can be for a random Joe off of the street to come in and ask for one of the technicians to grease up the front end suspension components. Literally takes less than five minutes to do. As The guy finished I told the technician that helped me out that I didn't have any cash but I would be right back. And I really was going to go to the ATM because I thought I did have cash with me when I initially arrived. He said it's OK he understands and that it's not a problem and that he's happy to help me. As I was pulling away in my jeep some man in a red shirt who looks to be the shop foreman screams out at me what the F?! So I pull back in puzzled.... he starts with, you drive a $50,000 truck and you can't afford to give my guy five dollars.?!? He dropped his work to help you! Then I responded with, I told him that I'm coming right back. I'm a mechanic I know how it is trust me. And he continues to yell obscenities at me in front of other clients. And ended with Get the F OUTTA HERE WITH YOUR POS! NO ONE should be treated like this. So then I told him you know how important reviews are right?. I'm going to post this everywhere that I can for this company. Because no one should be treated like that.

The owner was very nice, however, they ruined two rotors I brought in for machining. My wife's 2012 Toyota had some vibration at high speeds when braking, so I brought in the rotors for machining. The rotors had never been machined before, and by the time they were done, they had taken them down to the minimum thickness, but parts of the surface were still untouched. Not sure if it was due to their machine or operator. Two new rotors cost me $110 dollars, yet they would only reimburse me for the price of machining $30, even after I suggested we split the difference. Although they said they could have gotten the rotors for less, they still could have done better than the $30 I paid for machining. The poor machining and new rotors cost me $140 total. This is not how you treat a customer you want to return. I work in quality control, and this is not a place I would ever leave my car with ever.
