About Us
My goal for our clients at Real Estate Services Group is to provide excellent service. This distills to a simple business philosophy, namely, to do it right the first time, so it doesn’t have to be done over again.
I see my real estate role as that of a problem solver, the go-between towards an end result where both the seller and the buyer are happy and walk away from the table satisfied with the deal. To me that’s the win-win solution, keeping in mind that in order to make things happen all parties have to work together.
Negotiating and problem solving is what I does best. Our strategy as the team leader for Real Estate Services Group is to be creative, yet realistic, in all matters including financing, and marketing. Working with our clients to educate them in the nuances of the deal during the time we are working with them, and keeping them involved and up to date.
Because of our extensive client base. I travel the state from Sussex County to New Castle County. At Real Estate Services Group, we also provide both Rental placement services, residential sales, and leases, and property management. Feel free to call us, for more information.
