About Us

Regina was born and raised in the mid-west, in Cleveland, Ohio. A city where the automobile and steel mill factories sustained a middle-class lifestyle for many families there. Though considered a predominantly blue-collared town, Cleveland is culturally rich with museums, concert halls, and theatres, strongly influencing the arts. She attended Cuyahoga Community College, and Kent State University, where she majored in Business Administration and Marketing. Her work experience prepared her with skillful administrative, customer service, and sales techniques. She has worked for the government, corporate, sales and as a self-employed business owner.

In 1986, while working for United Airlines Sales Center, where she gained Recognition and Awards for Top Sales Production, Regina transferred and relocated with her family from Cleveland to Atlanta, Georgia. Atlanta offered a broader scope of business opportunities that gave way for her entrepreneurial spirit to take flight. She, along with her husband and daughter founded Payton Place Salon and later, Geenah’s Regalia Bridal Store on Peachtree Rd in the ritzy Buckhead (Beverly Hills of Atlanta) area. Actors, television personalities, entertainers, sports figures and clients from all walks of life, enjoyed being serviced in one of Atlanta’s most upscale and customer friendly salons.

Licensed in 1999, practicing real estate in the State of Georgia, also residing in Alpharetta since 1992, she has seen first-hand, the extension of GA 400 and the development of the North Georgia corridor and the establishing of the city of Johns Creek, Ga. Her children attended the North Fulton County School system. Her knowledge of the schools, churches and retail stores, is reflected in the homes she has purchased, listed and sold in St Ives, St Marlo and Country Club of the South. Other areas include Cascade, Stone Mountain and Woodstock using her keen negotiating and closing skills.

She enjoys league bowling, dressmaking and basketball. She loves to cook, entertaining her close knit family while watching the Falcons and the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday afternoons. Witnessing the historical Championship game that ended Cleveland’s 52 year drought was a memorable moment in time. GO CAV’s! Leisure travel is her passion, discovering diverse cultural lifestyles.
