Do not use this company.  Extremely unprofessional. The listed phone number rolls over to a message about the voice mail not being set up.

This evening, I called Allstate at 9:45pm to arrange a tow and at 10pm they called back stating Reliable would be there in 2 hours. At 11:45pm, the driver called me saying he would be there in 25 min. He never showed up.  At 12:30am, I called Allstate to inquire and they called Reliable to find out the problem. Allstate was informed the truck was damaged due to rain and that Reliable would call me in a few minutes to tell me the ETA of the replacement tow truck. Never got a call so at 12:55am,  I called Reliable directly and got the "voice mail not set up" message. I immediately got a text from the DRIVER'S phone that "He couldn't talk just then..." I sent a text back expressing how upset I was and immediately got a call back from the same guy only this time he was acting like he was the dispatcher, NOT THE DRIVER!.  At first, he acted like he didn't know who I was but after I firmly reminded him that he had called me and was supposed to pick me up 45 min earlier, he then explained the driver's truck had broken down. He  assured me he would call me back in 5 min with info on when a second truck would arrive and once again I never heard back from him. Finally, at 1:30am I gave up, locked my car  and called my wife to come pick me up.  I had just sat in the rain for over 4 hours waiting for this company to pick me up and they never showed.

Around 2:30am I received a call from Allstate customer service. Apparently, Reliable is trying to collect payment  from Allstate even tho they never showed up, claiming they drove by and my vehicle was not there. This was false as my vehicle was there the entire evening under lights and in plain sight.(A SHELL CORNER GAS STATION) as well as never getting a call from the driver that he was near. This to me is a clear case of INSURANCE FRAUD.

Further, the next morning,  I set up another tow with Allstate using another company, A and E. My vehicle was picked up in about an hour from exactly where I left it.(By the way, this second driver stated he could see my car from a block away). You would have to be blind to not see it where it was parked.

Perhaps this was a horrible case of miscommunication but I don't think so. I would highly recommend you never use this company as they have shown they are extremely unprofessional, apathetic to customers, untrustworthy and fraudulent.
