I rate this company at -10 if there is such a number. At this time my parents are out of gas and they are telling me they don't even have a date for delivery. It has been 8 days, but oh yea I forgot you can't count the weekends or holidays if they tell you 10 days. The lady that answered the phone told me they have lots of customers out of fuel and there was really nothing they could do. I have had propane most of my life. With Auxier Gas being my provider most of the time, never never have they ever made me wait that long for gas. So in my words, this company is useless.......Also just went to my parents to take heaters and was told, this is already prepaid from the summer.

1st and only time I ordered from them, the guy taking the order was condescending and rude. I chalked it up to him having a bad day. The delivery driver hit my truck and knocked the mirror off, pulled over in my yard leaving huge ruts and left without saying a word about any of this. I called about my truck damage and was called a liar. I told them that I had pictures. They asked for them. I emailed the pictures. They have ignored me ever since - no response - no apology - NOTHING! My wife called to check on a delivery the other day, (I told her not to). She got the same rude and condescending jerk. Get this - Now they want to stick it to us by charging a $30.00 fee if we don't have enough money to completely fill our 1000 gal tank + THEY WANT TO CHARGE US WHAT THEY CALL A HAZMAT TAX (YES THEY CALL IT A TAX, AS IF IT IS GOVERNMENT MANDATED - WHICH IT IS NOT!) - for another $20.00!! That is another $50.00 folks. So they want to charge us extra for the privilege of treating us like crap and tearing up our property! - Yeah, that sounds like a deal - NOT!!!

I placed an order online 12 days ago & our propane still hasn't been delivered even though we were told it would be 7-10 days. I'm trying to call to see when it will be delivered & they aren't even answering the phones. A recording states that you'll be called back in the order your call was received but I called at 10 am & it's now 4 pm & no call.
