Acupuncture is a branch of medicine which originated thousands of years ago in China. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the human body is seen as an energy system in which Qi (energy) flows along specific pathways, called meridians or channels. As channels become blocked our body naturally overcompensates in one area creating undue stress and production within internal organs. Dr. Tsing has conducted an extensive study of the effectiveness of acupuncture and has been incorporating the three Pillars and five elements acupuncture in his treatment techniques.
