When I started my business 10 years ago this was the best company to use for brick and supplies. I had a brick representative assigned to me named Carol Matta that was absolutely the very best. At this point, every time I go to this company for brick or materials it is a hassle. If you try to call to find out if they have something or if that something is in stock, you get voicemail after voicemail and never get a call back. When I go in to the office the people you deal with have no customer service skills at all... it all seems like a bother to them. I now try to limit my exposure to this company and only purchase what I cannot get anywhere else from them. I am writing this review to let the owners of ACME know that without better customer service, you are doomed. We have many options in places to buy brick and supplies and if it is too much of a bother to return a phone call then we, and other companies, will simply choose to go elsewhere.

I’ve been trying to get stone for 6 weeks. They are very rude and seem to be clueless. I ordered stone from a display. Once it was delivered to my house completely different stone . So we took everything back and they said display had been discontinued and they forgot to pull . So I guess they thought I wouldn’t notice not what I ordered. They said they would call manufacturer and see if they could get what I wanted . I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing from them , so I called with in 2 days they said they did receive the right ones from manufacturer. I was so excited, the guy doing the work went and picked up the stones . Well I be damn those suckers sent the exact same ones. Do they really think people are that crazy . Something that should have taken 2 weeks start to finish, I’m looking at 3 months. I’m taking my business elsewhere .
