City Master Barbers matches new-school salon techniques with the classic customer service of your favorite barbershop. While the great haircuts and amenities (like TVs at every station) might get clients through the door, it’s that outstanding customer service that keeps them coming back.
1. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
We have had so much interest and demand for “in-home services”, we had to come up with an easy and safe solution for our customers!
We arrive fully equipped and insured, making certain that everything is sanitized from scissors to capes, from towels to razors. Everything is 100% compliant with all CDC guidelines. And we continue to stay on top of and follow the latest regulations that keep ALL of us safe.
2. PASS SAFETY SCREENING
Our customers must answer a questionnaire to pass safety screening precautions.
Such questions such as have you been in contact with anyone who has recently been diagnosed with COVID?
Have you travelled out of state and where?
Have you had a temperature recently or pneumonia/cold?
These are all important questions we MUST ask, in order to keep everyone safe! And in return, we also make sure all of our staff and stylists are in good health as well.
3. ARRIVE AT LOCATION
Our scheduled stylists and barbers will arrive at your home with all the required tools and sanitized equipment so that you feel safe letting us into your home!
Along with wearing a mask and disposable cape, we will follow 6 feet social distancing guidelines amongst those in your home – as we want to make everyone in your home feel comfortable by being there.
4. PERFORM BOOKED SERVICES
As we strive to provide the very best customer service whether in salon or in home.
We also want you to know that our equipment that we bring with us to your home is top of the line salon grade equipment, as well as products – there is literally no difference with the service you are getting! And you can be rest assured that we will be wearing masks and disposable capes, as well as protecting you by asking you to wear a surgical mask – we will bring some with us!
5. CLEAN UP AFTER SERVICE
We understand that cutting hair in your home can leave a bit of a mess but have no FEAR. We are equipped to clean up everything after your service and leave your home spotlessly clean as it was before we arrived!
There is nothing more important than providing our customers a sanitized environment that will leave them wanting us to come back next time.
