Dancing With A Purpose - DWAP is a POWERFUL Non-Profit, Community and Service Based Organization that recently celebrated 20 years of educating and supporting Families and children in underserved communities locally, and all around the country. Each year DWAP creates and launches Programs like Black Girls Matter (BGM); CODE Like Us (CLU); Dancing With A Purpose (DWAP); JUST-US and Youth Empowered and Powerful (YEP) that teach Families and children 21st Century Life-Skills and Job Readiness skills. DWAP operates After-School, Saturday and Summer Camp Programs that INSPIRE and EMPOWER Families and children from every walk of life.
For the last two decades, DWAP has intentionally launched Programs that address the current needs of the community DWAP is serving and supporting. Dancing With A Purpose - DWAP has been instrumental in educating, mentoring and supporting Families and children during the Pandemic, by launching the WE WIN TEAM (WWT) Program and the Virtual Out-of-School Time (VOST) Programs. These amazing Programs encourage children to "Get Up; Get Engaged and Get on Camera!
