At Dream Intentions Studio, our goal is to make you feel as a amazing as we already know you are. Here we teach you how to love yourself better from the inside out. We offer private one on one health coaching as well as private yoga instruction. We have drop-in lunch break yoga and meditation classes which are taught with a beginners mind, and we also offer on-going trainings, events and bi-weekly support groups. Due to COVID we are also offering virtual classes as well.
When you come to visit the studio you will notice we are not like most yoga studios. We have created a private oasis right here in the business district of Northglenn, CO where you can come to escape the chaos, unwind and relax. Through our yoga and mediation classes we provide unique full sensory experiences. We manipulate light, smell, touch and sound to create a calm and inviting atmosphere you will not find anywhere else.
