Elliott Manufacturing has been a recognized leader in design, machining and fabrication. We have the areas largest Machine Shop and we can handle most jobs both large and small and because of our large machine tools, we can offer services in areas where others cannot.
METAL FABRICATION AND WELDING - We offer a complete compliment of welding on a wide variety of materials. With our fully equipped fabrication and welding department. s a machinery manufacturer, Elliott is almost self-sufficient as far as being able to fabricate the necessary parts in house. This requires a full complement of machine tools plus skilled personnel. We can work and weld most metals, both ferrous and non-ferrous. Our welding department is well versed using the most commonly employed processes, including FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, SMAW and GAW.
We will fabricate to a customer’s specification and aid in the design if required.
We do off-site work if required and have a 24/7 on call policy for emergency work. No job is too big or too small and our fabrication department has decades of experience. After 88 years we have learned a thing or two.
The Brake and Shear shop supports the fabrication facility and allows us to fabricate most parts.
