David Everett epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service throughout the entire process of the real estate transaction. David grew up in Knoxville Tn and learned the value of hard work starting early by mowing yards and working on some of the local farms. These are the type of jobs that require “making hay while the sun shines.” His work ethic has enabled him to complete a triple major Under-Graduate Degree and a Master’s Degree. Over the last several years his sale numbers have grown consistently each year. From being the GSMAR Associations Rookie of the Year to numerous local and regional sales production awards this work ethic has facilitated his successful 2nd career in real estate.

Recently David and his wife Rebecca celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary and became grandparents on Valentine's Day 2019. Before David and Rebecca had their two sons they traveled the USA and Canada extensively playing country and bluegrass music. They visited over 300 towns every year. That pace was not very conducive to family life so when they decided to start a family they changed careers and eventually choose real estate as his career. David still longs to play his banjo and guitar and does every chance he gets.
