Welcome to the Fargo-Moorhead metro area. I am a Full-Time, experienced REALTOR® and specialize in marketing and selling real estate for 1st time home buyers, move-up buyers and sellers, and relocation buyers and sellers. My wife of 48 years, Sandy, and I have lived in Fargo for more than 50 years and have 2 children who have blessed us with 5 grandkids who we enjoy spoiling. I have been in Sales and Management for over 45 years and was named Broker of the Year Midwest Region in 2008. By helping more than 50 Families realize their Real Estate Goals annually, I have become an expert in Real Estate Sales and Purchases in the F-M Area and surrounding towns and counties.
My wife and I enjoy attending the Symphony and Jazz concerts, going to productions of our talented area college and high school students and especially, watching our grandkids activities. I especially like meeting new people, finding out their particular wants and needs, and helping them find the perfect home. When it is time to move, I help them make it a stress-free experience.
