About Us
Puni Patel was born and raised in Zambia (Africa) and moved to the US in the early 90’s. She comes from a background of 15 years in commercial real estate focusing primarily on the hospitality sector. She brings with her, a client service background dealing with a wide variety of clients all around the So-Cal area.
Puni has been involved in a variety of organizations ranging from running the only female only auto garage in Zambia to sitting on the Board of Advisors for Vista’s for Children( A charity that raises fund to help special needs kids) where she sat on the philanthropy committee and was involved in the allocation of the foundation's funds. Her passion for real-estate started by helping her extended family and friends in their housing searches. The excitement of finding the perfect property at the perfect price was an incredible feeling and Puni hopes to enable her clients to feel the same way.
Puni Patel has lived in the South bay area, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes Estates, and currently in Torrance. She lives with her husband and her Labradoodle puppy and is an empty nester with 2 kids out of college. In her free time she loves reading, painting, hiking, swimming and volunteering at her church planning events
