Lions United Fitness Center is a new kind of training center designed to coach and train athletes with disabilities to succeed in individual competitions, team sports and daily life. With a focus on autism, down syndrome and cerebral palsy. We’re dedicated to Special Olympics Project UNIFY and United Sports which means we bring people of all abilities together to strengthen individuals, relationships and communities. Our mission is to promote health, fitness and sport-specific training in a state-of-the-art facility at little or no cost to the people with disabilities and their families. Lions United Fitness Center offers One-on-one sessions, group sessions and boot camps. Our training includes weight loss, weight gain, bodybuilding, powerlifting, sport specific training and core specific training. We also can offer sensory exercises, functional training and body awareness training.
