Mattoon Soap Company became a male skincare line after Kat Taylor, CEO and Founder noticed that a lot of her male friends suffered from dry skin and acne. She began suggesting her handmade products—originally made to remedy her own skin ailments. The results were phenomenal! As her friends’ skin began to clear up, the word quickly spread about Kat’s amazing products. Strangers began inquiring of how these men were maintaining such healthy and clear skin. After 10 years of experimentation and encouragement from family and friends, Kat decided it was time to share her amazing products.
Thus, the birth of Mattoon Soap Company.
