I have been going to this Petsmart for a long time now and every time I go in, I have never had any problems. It's a spacious facility, located in a good part of town and is always clean. In addition to going to the store on about a bi-monthly basis, I also just visited Banfield this past weekend to get my puppy his first set of shots. I have never received such great service from a vet. This service is what made us sign up for their wellness plans. Yes, I'm locked into 1 vet now, but I'm okay with it because it was such a pleasant experience.

The second awful pet smart location for pet groomers. They are not polite never smile. I walked in to drop my dog off and the lady never smiled or greeted me just asked what my dogs name. I waited for the gentleman I spoke to and he asked the lady if she can bathe my dog and she closed her eyes as if it was a bother to her. I told them not to worry I won't bring my dog here ever again. Since it seemed such an inconvenience to them.

Took my dog in to get her yearly shot. I was not aware or was not told that the special rabie shot days were no longer available. I went in got charged a $55.00 office visit. That was okay since My dog needed a check up anyway. The main factor of this is I was not aware of the price. Anyhow, I was really concerned becaue they gave my dog a rabie shot in the room in front of me, but when the vet said that my dog needed an anti-biotic shot they took her out of the room. I really dont know if they really gave her the $65.00 anti-biotic shot or not but it made me uncomfortable either way. I probably will not go back. thanks anyway.

Went to have my dog groomed at this pet smart and when I picked her up she was at the vet due to an injury from the groomer. Staff was unsympathetic and rude about the situation. They just offered to not charge me and to pay for the vet bill. Not once did they apologize about it. Assistant manager was not helpful at all either. Would not recommend them to anyone.
