Jay B. Brown has been cutting hair since he was fourteen years old. As a teenager in Philadelphia, he taught himself to cut using his nephews’ heads as practice. He would later hone his skills as the go-to barber for his shipmates while serving in the US Navy IYAOYAS.

Now a retired navy veteran, Jay B. continues to provide superior barbering services to soldiers and civilians alike. Specializing in anti-aging techniques for men, he provides additional services including hair coloring, enhancement, eyebrow sculpting, razor shaving, facials and custom cuts. Jay B also has experience with designs and can replicate almost any haircut.
