Warning. The web site address does not work on GPS. 130 18th is the right address. This guy is the manager and he is a moron. I come in and mention the error in address that put me in hell

My fries were soggy by the time they got to me. My sodas that I ordered were frozen and exploded when I opened them. Of the six I got, only one was drinkable. The pasta was okay, but was also pretty cold by the time they got here.

The food is always great. Especially brunch. Good if you wanna grab something quick. I wouldn't go on a date here though cuz the service could definitely be better. Claudia treated us like we were a burden on her life. But hey, maybe she'll change her ways when she sees the tip we didn't leave.

Everything that I was served was fresh, delicious and filling. I ordered a fish I didn't know of, and wrongly assuming it would be bad, but ended up pleasantly surprised at how amazing it was. The ice cream desert was a treat like no other

Serafina tries to pose itself as a high-class "fine dining" restaurant. Then why are the tables covered in wax paper? Why does it look like the wax paper had been cut into shape by scissors...what the hell? Are you guys too damn lazy to change the white linens after the customer finishes his/her meal? (Like all the other restaurants do). Where the hell is bread service? Apparently it is by request only, and when you do ask for it you only end up with a 6" lightly warm turd. I have no complaints about my appetizer (prosciutto with buffalo mozzarella) but there is a better version which can be found at Gran Caffe L'Aquila. Why is my $28 pizza come out as thin as a Lays potato chip? Why did you guys bake it to the point of ridiculous crisp, isn't pizza supposed to be chewy? I honestly couldn't eat it without it snapping, crackling and popping all over the goddamn place. And why, for the love of God does the cheese slide off the slice as soon as I manage to pick it up? There is a liquid inside the pizza, and it slowly seeps out as it lays there - apparently slowly dying on the plate. My companion did not finish his pizza as well - we ended up taking it to go, and then throwing it out. The check was around $78 for two pizzas, an appetizer and two drinks (beer & mimosa). This restaurant "group" can go screw itself.

Food is really good. Service is also good. The atmosphere is not so good - very tight - tables practically on top of other tables. Not much room. And recent experience was negative due to poor behavior by toddlers and inconsiderate parents - one actually almost knocked over a table. This restaurant is really not appropriate for children. Take out would be good!
