Imagine a person who's played at the pro level in a sport, super into fitness, loves people, and wants to help others reach their fitness goals... That's me, my name is Nestor Limas, I've been a personal trainer for little over 3 years. Being certified with ISSA allowed me to grow my knowledge to help individuals who may have issues lifting due to past injuries and helping people of all ages. All my clients leave every session feeling that they got a great workout in a safe but intense environment.
