Tom E de, as he's known by his friends, brings his clients 55 years of sales & training experience as a Financial Professional. His leadership traits started as early as his eighth grade year at Roosevelt Military Academy and he graduated as the Battalion Adjatant, as a Cadet 1st Lieutenant and President of the National Honor Society. Directly after graduation, he continued his education in the summer at Western Illinois University, but then enrolled in the fall quarter at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta; changing to BlackHawk College and finally to Eckerd College in St Petersburg, FL. In the early eighties, after successfully building a scratch all-lines insurance agency in Moline, IL, he was awarded the distinct honor as the Nation's Top Marketing Office in Unimarc's Universal Life Blast Off campaign. For several years after that Congress kept issuing new tax rulings as TEFRA, DEFRA, and TAMRA to define the workings of UL. This required Tom to study the tax laws as they were passed to keep his selling agents legal in their marketing, placing him as a primary authority nationwide.
