About Us

Waltham Therapeutic Massage and Fitness uniquely offers therapeutic massage, personal training and assisted stretch, carefully customized to our client's various needs, with each service offered separately or in combination.

We primarily focus on rebuilding the bodies of computer-based workers, and remedying the long-term effects of sitting at a desk in the modern, highly stressful corporate environment. The most notable outcome of working with us is the elimination of neck pain and poor posture, and the re-establishment of comfortable ranges of motion across the board.

As a former corporate executive with 22 years experience in local software companies, I put hours into thinking about, and applying, new ways to remedy pain and poor posture typical of the modern desk-based corporate employee (pains caused, for example, by the over-use of video conference technology, even for internal calls).

Located in Waltham, at the intersection of Moody and Main Streets, we offer easy access to parking and feature big windows and pine floors. We’re also walking distance from some of the best restaurants and nightlife outside of Boston.
