On a scale of 1-10, Accessible Improvements is a 12!  I had searched for about 10 weeks to find a handyman, carpenter or company to install a couple of hand rails on our interior stairs, replace the weather stripping on our front door, and re-caulk (not re-grout) a bathtub. The first handyman inspected the stairs, door and tub and gave me a quote that I accepted, and then would never schedule the installation. Weeks later he referred me to a friend who never returned my calls. I then tried a couple of popular websites. The first one said I would be contacted by a couple of companies, but they never contacted me. The second website referred me to a company, and a representative visited our home in about a week, and a week later gave me a bid of $2,400—outrageous! I was about to give up. Then a friend referred me to Accessible Improvements. The owner, Don Stackhouse, requested a few photos of the project, and I sent him the paint color for the hand rails, and in less than a week he arrived with all of the materials, and in about two hours completed all of the work. He did a beautiful job! And the cost?  It was $10 less than the first bid I received, and 80% less than the outrageous bid. Why should you contact Accessible Improvements? (1) Don responds quickly and completes the job very quickly, (2) his  work is very professional and (3) the cost of materials and time is very, very reasonable.
