YOUNGER FOLKS + FEMALES, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Nightmare from start to finish!  Debated sharing this review but after the months of stress, Chris + his team need to be heavily reviewed and potentially shut down. Cosmin, Kib, and Chris, were the main plumbers for our requested commercial repairs. Ensuring me their pricing was more than affordable, they started the job pre-quote, I KNOW, big mistake. For both of us! A day into the work, I was quoted $12,000 ($125/per hour, per plumber), for the following services: water heater installation, grease trap installation, hot water line, with parts + labour included in this quote.

After receiving two additional quotes at $4000 and $3200 for the exact same work, I told Chris he could stop all work immediately, lesson learned on both ends + say goodbye, or finish for $4000. He brought a "lawyer" to this discussion, who ended up yelling at my mother. I could not believe how much I felt the need to argue my points, and how disrespectful the situation was. Finally, they agreed in order to save their reputation and what they believe, they would finish the job in good faith for $4500 (my extend of good will).

I purchased a used grease/trap + water heater for them to use, they said they could not use this (even though my landlord was able too later), so I purchased a brand new water heater + new grease trap for them, post quote. I just wanted them to finish and get out. Each time they were scheduled to work, they were at least 1 hour late. Every single time they would come without the right tools/materials, and would have to leave. I purchased over $1500 in parts for them, POST quote....

They said they have never had complaints about their pricing or work, it took them over 3 weeks to finish the job. They told me to buy a whole new faucet/tap because of wear/tear. My landlord purchased a $10.00 arm to replace it, all fixed. Then, they had to come back to fix a leak made under the sink. THEN, after all their work was done, they had too come back to move a pipe they left in a spot where heads would hit coming down the stairs....THEN, they had to come back to secure all the piping to the ceiling downstairs (they left it loose + hanging). During that last repair, they switched the hot/cold water lines to the wrong ones. Had to come back to repair that, said it was a 10 minute fix but took them 5+ hours...I truly cannot make this up, it has been a nightmare from start to finish.

Every other plumber that I have brought in to check their work, has stated it has been poorly done and I was taken advantage of in the quote area, being a young/female entrepreneur. I will be reporting this company anywhere possible and do not recommend their services at all. I kept allowing them to work in hopes they would genuinely do a good job, which would protect their reputation, as stated.

Our plumber was courteous, well protected with facemask and shoe coverings, and very efficient. 15 minutes later, he was finished and the drain was unclogged! We'll definitely use these guys again and we now have a go-to plumbing service. 
Their 5 star rating is well earned.

Byams Plumbing did the work fairly quickly and then asked if I had any other problems  they ended up taking a look.

Very fast response, great service with polite people, I will definitely call them again if I have another plumbing problems.

Daniel and his team did an awesome job in fixing the clogged kitchen sink. The sink wasn't draining properly, and he went multiple times to his truck to get the right parts and tools to make sure he can help us solve the problem. they wer friendly, professional, and now the kitchen sink drains properly! Thank you for going above and beyond, and I would recommend Byams Plumbing to others in the future. :)

Great customer service! Was so lucky the plumber came out in an hour and was so helpful. Will recommend and use them again.

Called in to get a quote and got it right over the phone and scheduled for next day. Daniel was right on time and his service was beyond excellent. First time working with this company I'm sure it wont be the last.
