Well I rented with this team for two years and communication was shoddy at best! They reach out to you for reminders on everything from mowing your lawn to cleaning your leaves. As soon as you need some help or even just communication on some thing they are nowhere to be found.Absolutely the most intense and ridiculous tenant lease I’ve ever had to sign. The owner is insensitive and out of touch with people and must think all renters are bad. She drives her Lexus around and doesn’t even want to Park it in the street she’ll park it right in your driveway Though matter what you’re doing. It’s a car. It’s unfortunate because This company is the reason I am leaving my lease and having to move out again during a pandemic. I am owed money and they will not even contact me from my deposit so be careful be wary.

I am truly impressed with the customer service that Cindy and her team provided when I rented in Tumwater. They were always very helpful, catered to needs in a timely manner and helped maintain the property with excellent service. I remember our water heater went out in the middle of the night, and I was able to get in serviced before my kids left for school the next morning. I would highly recommend them for any of your rental needs!
