At Change Inc. Counseling Services, we provide therapy for every stage of life. Our experienced therapists help individuals, couples, and families work through challenges and transitions in a supportive environment. Our services include: premarital and divorce counseling, relationship therapy, parenting challenges, working with blended and non-binary families, grief and trauma therapy, guidance through life transitions, including gender identity-related issues. We also offer specialized therapies such as EMDR therapy and Brainspotting therapy. Our mission is to support people as they navigate the changes and challenges in their lives.

We practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on balanced thinking and living. This is facilitated by our team of emotionally supportive, licensed therapists who have extensive training and are committed to your comfort and success. Our therapists are also trained in multiple trauma techniques to cater to your unique journey.
