Christ Franklin is a self-made, self-started real estate broker working across Pierce County, Washington. After life threw its share of curveballs his way, Chris made it his goal to not only succeed, but to help others jump the hurdles he’s overcome. After working as a dental assistant to pay for his own education, Chris found that one of the biggest hurdles holding people back in life is lack of homeownership. When you’re stuck renting, your rent money goes nowhere and its harder to save, especially in markets where forever-rising rental prices outweigh the median income. However, when you have a mortgage, you build equity, and that helps you grow your net worth and free you from fear of rising rent costs. He sought to help people move onto the next chapters of their lives by educating them home the home-buying process, helping them qualify for mortgages, and negotiating to help them win their dream homes.
