About Us

CK Property Inspections, Inc., is solely owned by Chris Krauth. Chris is a veteran of the construction industry with over 10 years experience in commercial and residential building. Chris began his career in the construction industry while in college, taking an internship as a field engineer on a large construction project outside of Washington, DC, where he was asked to stay on full time in lieu of returning to school. Upon completion of the internship, Chris returned to Purdue University, where he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, graduating in 2004. After graduation, he moved to Atlanta, GA, and began his full time career as an office engineer and assistant superintendent with a large general contractor. From there Chris went on to become a project manager with a large water/waste water and pipeline construction company based in Kansas City, MO. After 5 years with that organization, Chris moved on to become the Director of Safety with another large construction organization, where he significantly improved the safety standards and operating procedures of the company's workforce, while also running large commercial projects for the company in the absence of other qualified personnel.
