Destination Massage & Wellness was formed and operated by Licensed Massage Therapist, Melissa Hall. She has been in the business for 10+ years. In that time, she has helped hundreds and earned the respect of fellow peers, chiropractors, physical therapists, physicians, nurses, and many more just like you for her intuitive and therapeutic massage. Now, expanding to a wellness center, she has hand picked massage therapists that will put just as much effort and intuitive skill into each customized session. We continue to strive to build a place where our clients can build stronger bodies and minds, decrease pain, reduce stress, increase range of motion, and grow natural wellness habits. We currently are offering custom massages, CBD massages, 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils, cryomassage, custom wellness baskets, and are continuing to expand our services to include sessions for toning and balancing your muscles. My name is Melissa Hall, I am the owner and founder of Destination Massage & Wellness. I was born and raised in Marietta, GA. When I am not working at the office I am doing home improvements, kayaking, hiking, camping or shooting at the range. My career as a Licensed Massage Therapist started 10+ years ago, but I tell people that I have been massaging since the age of ten. I have always had strong hands and the desire to help others. The inspiration to massage came from my mother’s doctor that showed me how to find trigger points to alleviate some of her pain before she had to have surgery. I would work on parents at my brother’s baseball games and friends on spa days.

This experience helped me embrace working with my hands and made for a natural transition to massaging as a career. Since graduating from massage school, I have worked with many other LMTs, PTs, OTs, and chiropractors. This guided me to hone in on certain methods that work best for me to help my clients start healing, recover, and maintain lower pain levels, increased range of motion, increased flexibility, decreased stress, and brightened moods. I have a background in Thai massage that I bring hand in hand with Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Pin & Stretch, and even a little Swedish mixed in. I would say that my specialty areas are in low back/pelvis and neck pain, however, I do work on all areas of the body. My clients range from ultra runners to people at the computer 8-12 hours a day. I truly hope that I can get the chance to meet you and help improve your health and well being!! For the past 4 years, I have delved onto a journey that I didn’t expect. Essential oils!! I believe they found me more than I found them. I was a huge skeptic about 6 years ago and beyond. I had enjoyed the smells of oils, but I was only using oils bought from the store. They were cheaper (why would I spend so much money on something I wasn’t sure of), and of course, these oils didn’t perform. I was introduced to doTERRA about 6 years ago from a co-worker and my now Sister-in-Law. A few oils here and there, and I started to realize the difference in quality and the power of these drops!! I experienced the doTERRA oils accomplishing things modern medicine wasn’t. For example, I suffered from really bad allergies, twice a year I would go through bout of Bronchitis/Sinusitis/Ear Infection. After using doTERRA’s Breathe and On Guard blends I haven’t gone through this for 4 years! I have been using their products for 4 years for myself and family, selling it for 3 years, I have also been using it in my sessions. It still amazes me what these oils can do for people. This is one of the reasons I love to teach classes about oils. I hope to share other experiences, expand not only my knowledge, but people new to essential oils, and to grow the population that is using oils to manage their health and wellness.

Customized Massage
We are trying to stay as safe as possible and follow all guidelines to help reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. Following certain massage standards, every client and employee will wear a mask entering the office and throughout your session. Hand Sanitizer is given upon entry to the office. We are only allowing clients that have a session appointment will be allowed in at a time. We use air purifiers and diffusers with our immune-boosting certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils. All of our sheets and linens will be cleaned after all sessions, as well as sprayed with disinfectant and hard surfaces wipe with cleaners.
