I had an open wound under my urostomy appliance that started very small, and grew very large over several months and two visits to other doctors. 
From the very first visit to DFW wound mgmt. the wound was managed properly and over several months it was 100% healed. The wound had reached to my stoma and was at the point of requiring surgery when I found Dr. Payseur. The care and genuine concern for my health was over the top. I have experienced other medical care in sixty nine years of life, None better than what was provided by Dr. Shannon.

Dr. Shannon Payseur cured the large diabetic ulcers on the soles of my feet that three other wound care doctors and two podiatrists had given up on.  The ulcers developed in 2007 and led to multiple infections as well as two hospitalizations.  My last wound care doctor before I was referred to Dr. Payseur dismissed me as incurable.  Her energy, skill and determination find a cure were apparent during my first appointment.  As she continued to treat me, she was relentless in utilizing multiple approaches  including hyperbarics and changing my diet to better support my immune system.  When one treatment didn't produce results, she would try another.  Dr. Payseur's tenacity paid off.  This week she declared me healed.  For the first time in eleven years, I have no diabetic ulcers.  Following Dr. Payseur to three different facilities was  the best decision I have ever made for my health.  In addition to being a brilliant wound care specialist, her respect for patients as individuals, her empathy and willingness to truly listen make her one of the best doctors I have ever had.  I urge anyone needing wound care to seek out Dr. Shannon Payseur.  She is the best!

the 3 months I was there my care was great, after 3 yrs with this ulcer, Dr.Payseur got my leg to heal and encourage me to change some eating habits so it can heal from inside out and I complied and it healed,,,if anyone needs the amount of care I did I will recommend that u goto her office and let her put those healing hands on you, and believe me she was the 3rd doctor I seen over the 3yrs I had my wound,, and she healed me,,,thanks Dr.Payseur

This wound care facility is the best. They have a friendly and caring staff. They take the time to get to know their patients and help them heal. Dr Paysuer is a Precious Jewel with a passion to help heal people. My mom came in with a diabetic amputation. My mother's journey with Dr Paysuer has been great.  From the hospital, to the nursing home, to the hyperbaric chamber,  and then to wound clinic we have seen amazing results.  I highly recommend this facility and  Dr Paysuer  to anyone with a wound.
