We recently completed construction of a very large addition to our home. Eric was the architect. His work was excellent. He is a creative designer with a keen sense of detail. Eric’s engineering background is an added plus. He is a patient listener and able to explain complicated architectural and construction issues in a clear and cogent matter. During the construction he was very responsive; he was available when we needed him and an important participant in the construction process. Eric’s plans were detailed. As a result the construction although complicated was a success. Eric took our vision and made it into a sophisticated yet truly inviting reality. We would use Eric again and highly recommend him.

“Eric's ability to listen to my goals and his attention to detail made for an incredibly successful project. The plans were complemented and went through the City of Thousand Oaks without a hitch, which is quite a feat if you are familiar with the City of Thousand Oaks. Eric's assistance monitoring the construction was by far the best investment I made - my contractor was wonderful, but Eric was able to spot and help rectify potential issues as we were remodeling a 50 year old house and stuff happens. The project was such a magnitude that I had moments of being flustered and nervous which he patiently helped me. The large game room is my place. I highly recommend Eric, you will get it right the first time with him!”
