We have been using First State Cleaning since August, 2017, and have greatly enjoyed their services. Tricia, who runs First State Cleaning, is passionate, hard working, knowledgable, detailed oriented and experienced with cleaning. She works hard to make sure we are happy and always wants to know how and where she can do better. It is fun asking her questions about cleaning, because she will have the answer, and if she doesn't she will know another expect to talk to about it and get back to you. She has been trust worthy, reliable, and an excellent communicator during our time with her. She lets us know when she is arriving and when she is leaving, when we are not home. For us, she uses group text messaging for both my wife and I, to let us know her status or if she needs anything. She is quick to respond and willing to work with our needs. Our home has been a much more enjoyable place since we started her services and we look forward to continuing with First State Cleaning.
