In spring of 2013, I came to Ideal Health weighing in over 240 lbs. I am 6 feet tall and was in my late 30s. I used to exercise to lose my winter weight. I also used fad diets which used to frustrate me when I would plateau. At this point in my life, exercise was no longer taking the weight off. I felt like I was going to be stuck with all this weight. Until someone suggested I give Ideal Health a try.  

When I came to Ideal Health, Stephanie assured me that if I stuck with the plan, I could get back to my target weight of 190. I was amazed that when I stuck with the phase 1 plan, I was losing weight every week. 

Once I achieved my goal, Stephanie provided me with guidance to make healthier eating choices. While I am not perfect, I still try to attempt to adhere to the healthy eating that I learned at Ideal Health. I have kept the weight off since 2013 and found a healthy weight for me to be between 200-205.
