I have known and worked with Liz for almost 20 years.  When I was ready to sell my home in PA and move to Florida there was NO QUESTION who I would choose to be my Realtor( I had 5 friends who are realtors in PA)  She did an EXCELLENT job listing the property and finding the PERFECT selling price.   We had 45 people come through the home in the first few weeks.   It was AMAZING.   I had 2 offers at the listing price.  Of course she also helped me stage it and choose the pictures that "showed its best features".    In addition to her Realtor skills she is an amazing, caring, sensitive, clear communicator who goes at a "pace"  those of us who are "older"  really appreciate.
