I take back everything positive I said about this smoke shop after my most recent visit. The sweet lady that made my visits something I planned to continue on my trips through Pensacola, she is no longer there. Thing 1 and Thing 2 behind the counter cast some really dark shade on her, as unprofessional as a business can be and that's especially concerning to me here because I am fond of the lady they are saying such disparaging remarks about. That lady is why I kept coming back.   I wish I knew her name. I would like to see if she went to another store and be able to continue shopping with her. I am a man who appreciates knowledge and a pretty face certainly doesn't hurt. Knowledge is power, the new employees need to brush up because they are lacking in everything vital to keep doors open in a competitive market these days. 

This is Honney, ex manager. I got fired because I was witnessing the owner harm our customers with his chemical compound mixture that he is calling an all natural "kratom extract" but it's most DEFINITELY NOT all natural and has a multitude of dangerous side effects, I am learning now that it may have even caused or added to 
the cause of up to 3 deaths. PLEASE, FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY DO NOT TAKE SERAMINE or anything else this man makes or packages. People are being hospitalized and he is aware and doesn't care at all, he started showing the shop for sale the day he fired me for standing up for what I know to be the right thing to do for the safety of our community!!! He is still selling this crap!!! 

The experience here is like no other!!! Honney and Becka r very knowledgeable about all products!! If they don't know the answer they r on a mission to get it for you!! Best prices and selection on anything and everything!!! These ladies will make you leave with a smile on your face!!!

Best experience and satisfaction from a head shop in a long time.... maybe ever! And I've frequented a decent amount, over the years, for 1 guy, & @ 36 now, living in cities ike Atlanta when younger, and traveling off and on, but somewhat irregularly yet consistently (if that makes any sense, LoL {it Does, but I mean to you!😂}) To reiterate, not repeat self (even though I AM repeating self😂) I've bought from enough, imho, to be able to @ least somewhat distinguish, differentiate, recognize & appreciate between a noticeably better experience and satisfaction, like I said, & to add to it, a gotten used to just..... Mediocre experience.  *shrugs*  ✌️

Sweet Puff offers a nice selection of SMOK, vapes and tanks. The juice offerings include Candy King, Space Jam, Air Factory, Treat Factory, and Naked Juice. With more to come. The glass wall has to be seen with a wide selection of smoking accountrements. All at great prices!

I love Ned's fantastic incense!  Ned is so informative, patient and resourceful.  He is very patient and takes the time to teach and guide in a respectful manner.

Store is amazing, clean, and filled with the aroma of Ned's awesome incense.  I have severe anxiety but also a friend with horrible insomnia.  CBD has opened up a whole new world of peace for both of us!  Can't wait to see what comes next!  Ned really makes this place; he's helpful, willing to answer questions,  and a pleasant calming presence for those just stepping into a whole new wonderful world! 

Ned is amazing! If you need something on special order he WILL get it for you. He is knowledgeable, friendly and knows his clients!
