The Village Green is a 4-lane bowling alley turned tavern. The lanes still exist under the dining room floor. The “VG” or “Green”, as locals call it, opened its doors to customers and has been a proud and stable part of the community since 1976. Located in historic downtown Middleton, the restaurant is a step back in time where Wisconsin tradition draws families and friends together. At the Village Green, our hamburgers are fresh, never frozen, and pattied daily. Our chili and specials are all made from scratch. We take pride in preparing our food and want the best possible experience for our customers. The family atmosphere and commitment to service are what make the Village Green a place where people feel at home.
