We were happy and satisfied with Realtor Scott Garrison service while selling our home!! He was diligent in his efforts which exceeded our expectations. Scott was so wonderful to work with! I an out of state owner of a rental property in FL and hired Scott to help sell my Winter Park home. Due to not being able to be in the state I did a ton of research to find a great agent to help. Scott had such wonderful reviews online and when I called him for a phone interview I could immediately tell he was a great agent and had a lot of knowledge in the real estate market and the area! From day one I felt Scott want above and beyond in service, acting as Property Manager with the tenants in their last month and assisting with their move out, then coordinating affordable repairs needed to the property and the cleaning and lawn to get property to show its best. He even PERSONAL PAINTED ONE OF THE BATHROOMS on his own time and cost when it needed it after some repairs! This blew me away!!!! Scott was able to get my home sold for OVER FULL PRICE with MULTIPLE OFFERS in less than 7 DAYS, then when the buyers proved difficult asking for thousands and thousands in repairs, Scott encouraged me to ditch the buyer and let him put it back on the market. I was a little nervous at this point but Scott really helped me navigate the situation. Once we put home back on the market Scott was able to get it sold again in less than 7 days again for $5000 MORE than the original over-full price offer we received! Scott truly made the entire process so easy and handled everything for me that me kept telling me to let him handle it for me and he did! (Again, way over and above with service I have never received from a Realtor) I was so happy with the process of doing an out of state sale with Scott. The level of service he provided can not be matched. If you are in the market for selling or buying a home in FL you will want to go with Scott! He is an amazing person and does such a wonderful job. I really can not express how much he helped up. You will not regret working with him!

Recently, I purchased a home in Florida from another state. Scott Garrison did an amazing job guiding us through this. He was always honest and did what he promised. Since we are currently living in Texas, Scott Garrison personally went out to any and all properties we were interested in seeing and took great videos of the entire house, inside and outside, along with a street view of nearby homes! These videos were then uploaded where we could view them. Once we finally chose the one we wanted, Scott Garrison also took video of the inspection and inspector! It was like we were there in person. We trusted and valued Scott Garrison opinion. He always told us what we needed to know, never sugar coated anything just to make a sale. He knew what we wanted in a home, and he found it! We definitely recommend Scott Garrison to anyone looking to buy a Florida home.

Called him from this site and it took him a few calls to call me back (maybe that is just how it works- most other realtors never called me back at ever), but once he did he showed me the home I found on my own in Casselberry, which I ended up hating when I saw it, so he sent me a list of some other ones and I feel he is a big help to me now. He said once I am in his phone he will recognize the call and he is always there when I call him. When he calls me he calls himself  My favorite Realtor so I guess he is! The list he sends me were just the kind of homes I wanted, and we have a short sale under contract now in Winter Park waiting to close. It is taking forever to get the contract approved by the sellers lender, not Scott Garrison fault, he told me it would take forever and I did not believe him. If this one does not work I would definitely stick with him on the next one.

Scott Garrison helped us buy our first home at 1485 Lake Dr, Casselberry 32707. He got us a fantastic deal in a home we really love! When the appraisal came in 5500 dollar low, Scott got the seller to lower the price in this tough market, saving us 35 dollar per month on our payments, forever! He also helped us get a significant amount of money to do repairs on the home, even though we had an as is contract agreement. Again, very unusual in this market for a seller to do that. Scott has great follow up, always does what he says he will do. Besides his excellent communication, he never forgets or misses any detail. Scott recommended us to a great Mortgage Lender, whose staff was highly proficient and friendly in getting us the loan. He also recommended us a Home Inspector who did an excellent job. We are extremely satisfied with their services. We must point out that as a First Time Home Buyer, Scott Garrison was fundamental in guiding us through the whole process. His competence and timely trustworthy advice were very helpful to us. We would strongly recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a first home in Casselberry.

My family and I have worked with Realtors Scott & Wes Garrison about 7 or 8 times over the past 30 years, and have always been pleased. This time I needed his help to buy another RENTAL Property in East Orlando- he gave me a great list of properties to consider and good advice to NOT buy most of them. When we found one needing some repairs and got a great deal on it, then in the inspections we found more repairs and Scott negotiated on our behalf to get another LARGE Concession from the seller on my behalf, turning it into a FANTASTIC DEAL.  If anything I wished I had followed his advice more, for when we did not ( I will not go into here ouch) it cost us a lot of time and money we could have easily avoided.  If you need to buy an Investment property or Rental, ask his advice, and FOLLOW IT he knows what he is doing and has several rentals himself.  He actually can look at a home from the street and tell me what the problems are going to be without even going inside…that is experience.  He makes the whole process easy, can help you getting it rented afterwards and knows several contractors I could call to do the work who are trustworthy.  Why would I work with a new or random Realtor?  My whole family loves Scott , and you will too.
