We found Scott online and are very very happy with his service and the results. My wife and I made the decision to purchase a new home in central Florida. I searched online for an experienced realtor. Scott Garrison stood out from the rest to me. He contacted me immediately after sending him an email. He provided us with many homes that matched our needs. We formed a plan and flew to Florida from Texas. Scott Garrison and I have yet to meet in person, I actually found him  here online just as you are today. He has been very helpful and detailed explaining all the details like no other realtor has done for us. Scott was so wonderful to work with! I an out of state owner of a rental property in FL and hired Scott to help sell my Winter Park home. Due to not being able to be in the state I did a ton of research to find a great agent to help. Scott had such wonderful reviews online and when I called him for a phone interview I could immediately tell he was a great agent and had a lot of knowledge in the real estate market and the area! From day one I felt Scott want above and beyond in service, acting as Property Manager with the tenants in their last month and assisting with their move out, then coordinating affordable repairs needed to the property and the cleaning and lawn to get property to show its best. He even PERSONAL PAINTED ONE OF THE BATHROOMS on his own time and cost when it needed it after some repairs! This blew me away!!!! Scott was able to get my home sold for OVER FULL PRICE with MULTIPLE OFFERS in less than 7 DAYS, then when the buyers proved difficult asking for thousands and thousands in repairs, Scott encouraged me to ditch the buyer and let him put it back on the market. I was a little nervous at this point but Scott really helped me navigate the situation. Once we put home back on the market Scott was able to get it sold again in less than 7 days again for $5000 MORE than the original over-full price offer we received! Scott truly made the entire process so easy and handled everything for me that me kept telling me to let him handle it for me and he did! (Again, way over and above with service I have never received from a Realtor) I was so happy with the process of doing an out of state sale with Scott. The level of service he provided can not be matched. If you are in the market for selling or buying a home in FL you will want to go with Scott! He is an amazing person and does such a wonderful job. Recently, I purchased a home in Florida from another state. Scott Garrison did an amazing job guiding us through this. He was always honest and did what he promised.
